Cash In Advance (Bank Transfer):
- Depending on the terms agreed upon, the payment may be full or partial. This payment method is mutually accepted after considerable due diligence has been conducted on all parties involved. Due to KYC rules in Romania and the European Union, and our commitment to respecting local financial laws, our bank will contact the issuing bank and confirm that the funds are executable before the goods are scheduled for loading and subsequent delivery as stipulated in any signed contract.
Documentary Collection (Documents Against Payment):
- Our bank will contact the buyer’s bank and get a confirmation that the money needed to conclude the purchase transaction has been Secured. The money will be released immediately the products have been loaded and shipped out from the warehouse and documents handed to the buyer’s bank.
Letter Of Credit (LC) at Sight:
- We rarely accept 100% Letter Of Credit especially if the issuing bank is not a TOP-50 international bank. The buyer’s bank gives a written commitment to the seller, called a Letter of Credit. It is an assurance to the exporter that the buyer’s payment will be settled as per the agreed timeline and will be subject to the agreed terms and conditions.
NOTE: No product is loaded or shipped out without a payment confirmation for the issued invoice. NO CASH PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED.
When a delivery date is set for EX-WORKS transactions, buyers can come to the location with their truck, inspect the products and make ONLINE payment for the products. ONLY after the payment is confirmed can we commence loading and product hand-over. We are not liable for any parked truck nor the time spent by the truck for waiting.
